  41. Operating system:         Microsoft Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP
  42. Video:                 based on NVidia, GeForce2 or ATI Radeon 8500 chipsets

  71. 3. INSTALLATION AND RUNNING

  73.     To install "RC Cars" you should:

  75. - Insert game CD;
  76.  
  77. if your operating system supports autorun feature:
  78. - Click "Install RC Cars";
  79. if your operating system doesn't support autorun feature:
  80. - Choose "Start"-"Run" from Windows menu;
  81. - type "D:\Setup.exe", where first "D" means CD-ROM drive;
  82. - Click 'Ok';

  84. - Click "Next >";
  85. - Choose folder to install game, or you can use predefined folder to install game
  86.  (C:\Program Files\CREAT Studio\RCCars);
  87. - Click "Next >" and wait until game is installed.

  89.     When installation is complete InstallShield will check and update DirectX drivers.
  90. RC Cars requires DirectX version 8.1 or higher. Follow DirectX installation instructions.

  92.     To start the game select the following from the main Windows menu:
  93. "Start"-"Programs"-"RC Cars"-"RC Cars".

  96. 4. UNINSTALLATION
  97. -----------------
  98.     To uninstall the game there are 3 options:
  99.    - select the following from the main Windows menu: "Start"-"Programs"-"RC Cars"-"Uninstall RC Cars"
  100.    or:
  101.    - select the following from the main Windows menu:"Start"-"Control panel"-"Add/Remove programs". 
  102.      Find "RC Cars" in program list and click "Add/Remove"
  103.    or:
  104.    - start installation again (see "INSTALLATION AND RUNNING" above). Choose 'Remove' option.

  107. 5. DOCUMENTATION
  108. ----------------
  109.     You can find the User Manual on the CD-ROM. To view the User Manual use any .html browser
  110. (for example Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher, etc) with frame pages support
  111.     To read the User Manual you can open file "D:\Docs\index.htm", where first "D" means CD-ROM drive.
  112.     When you have installed RC Cars, you can open the User Manual from the main Windows menu:
  113. Make sure that the RCCars CD-ROM is in the drive, then select "Start"-"Programs"-"RC Cars"-
  114. "Documentation"-"User Manual".
